Incentives
All four Global charging stations, the EV One 32A, the EV One 40A, the EV One 32A RFID and the EV One 40A RFID, are eligible for Quebec grants for the purchase of an EV charging station for home, workplace or multi-unit residential building use.
Look for the codes that correspond to each of our charging stations on the list of eligible charging stations issued by the Quebec government: BS20-32 (EV One-32A) BS20-32 (EV One-RFID) missing code (EV ONE 40A) and missing code (EV ONE 40A RFID).
$600 EV charging station rebate
If you own or have a long-term lease on an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, you may be eligible for a $600 rebate from the Quebec government for the purchase of a home charging station.
Eligibility requirements for this rebate:
- Your home charging station must be new, powered by a 240V supply, and be on the list of eligible charging stations.
- You must submit proof of purchase.
- The electrical work must have been done by an electrical contractor licensed by the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec at the time of your request.

Up to $5,000 in financial support for multi-unit charging stations
If you’re the owner or occupant of a multi-unit residential building, you may be eligible for financial support of up to $5,000 from the Quebec government for the purchase or lease of EV charging stations, including their installation.
Eligibility requirements for financial support:
- Your electric charging station must be new, powered by a 208/240V supply, and be on the list of eligible charging stations.
- The charging station must be operated by the applicant for a period of at least three years following receipt of the financial assistance.
- The building must be residential or mixed use and have five or more dwelling units.

Up to $5,000 in financial support for a workplace charging station
If you’re an administrator of a company, municipality or organization and you plan to install EV charging stations to power your fleet of vehicles or your employees’ cars, you could benefit from financial support of up to $5,000 from the Quebec government for the purchase or lease of EV charging stations, including their installation.
Eligibility requirements for financial support:
- Your EV charging station must be new, powered by a 120V supply (level 1 charging) or 208/240V supply (level 2 charging), and be on the list of eligible charging stations.
- The charging station must be used for charging an electric vehicle owned by the applicant or its employees.
The installation must be performed in accordance with the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1), administered by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.

Municipal grants

Shipping, returns and warranties
Shipping
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more before taxes. Products are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping charges for lower value items vary depending on the items purchased. Deliveries can only be made to Canada and the United States.
Canadian federal and Quebec provincial taxes applicable at the time of online purchase will be indicated on the invoice and charged to the customer. Applicable duties and import brokerage fees will be charged to the customer and are payable by the customer to these same institutions.
Return policy
Global does not provide refunds on the purchase of its charging stations; only exchanges. Our three-year warranty covers all components under normal use. In the event that improper use results in breakage, Global will not honour this warranty. In accordance with the above statement, Global will repair or exchange products that malfunction or break. For an exceptional situation, we invite you to contact our customer service department, which will work to find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.
Frequently asked questions
Your EV One charging station can be installed indoors or outdoors, in your home, business or apartment building. It has been designed and tested to withstand extreme weather conditions, ranging from -40°C to +50°C.
How long will my charging station last?
All Global charging stations come with a three-year warranty, but they are designed to last over 10 years due to our uncompromising manufacturing process and superior-quality components.
Is my charging station compatible with all electric vehicles?
Yes. All our charging stations are designed to power any electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle sold in Canada.
Can I install my station myself?
Yes, you can! Each of our charging stations comes with detailed instructions to help you install it safely yourself. Once installed, you will need to call on a licensed electrician to make the final connection to your electrical panel.
How long will it take to charge an electric vehicle with my charging station?
Charging time depends on the vehicle make and model, outside temperature and the car’s battery level at the time of charging.
Are your charging stations eligible for electric vehicle grants?
Absolutely! All our charging stations are eligible for government incentives. You could save up to $600 when you purchase a Global Industries charging station. Consult our Grants section for more details on this subject.
What type of circuit breaker should be installed in my electrical panel to power my charging station?
That depends on the type of charging station you choose and the space available in your electrical panel. Note that this work must be done by a licensed electrician.
Can a charging station be used by more than one user?
Of course! Our EV One RFID charging station can be used by multiple users. It’s equipped with electronic chips that allow different users to unlock the station for charging and lock it once charging is complete.
